How will you service my property from North Dakota?
All service calls come directly to TCI headquarters. We guarantee your call will be answered or returned (after-hours) by our staff within 30 minutes. Using the latest hardware and software remote diagnostic technology available, a majority of the issues that will arise can be addressed from our office. If required, TCI will dispatch a technician to address on-site issues and will retain responsibility of the issue.

Who will install and service our system?
TCI takes ownership of customer satisfaction from start to finish for the installation and service during the warranty period. We install 100% of the systems we sell with our direct technicians. We have a variety of maintenance options available so your property can continue to enjoy uninterrupted, quality telecommunications performance after the warranty period is over.

Are you a franchise-approved vendor?
We have strong relationships with most major franchise companies; our list of preferred supplier relationships continues to grow. Ask your account manager for more details.

What area do you service?
With TCI systems installed nationwide and service to 700+ properties, we are experienced and ready to handle your installation, from coast-to-coast.

Do you install systems or service Tharaldson Property Management’s 350+ properties?
TPM (Tharaldson Property Management) has its own internal telephone division with eight employees that service TPM properties exclusively. TCI is a separate company and legal identity. We do however, share industry experience and technical resources on occasion.

How do you (TCI) define price?
Price is the value of the technology and the cost of doing the job right the first time. Mistakes, errors or lack of future planning results in additional resources spent by the property to address these issues. TCI prides itself on giving its customers a complete proposal. Our proposals include steps that many vendors unfamiliar with the lodging industry might miss. Rest assured your TCI proposal will be a thorough review of your property and its telecommunication needs.

Do you offer GMA’s (Maintenance Agreements)?
Yes. TCI is prepared to service your system during and after the warranty period with several different levels of service options. From basic remote diagnostics to a custom maintenance agreement specific to your properties, TCI has the right maintenance solutions for you.

Can you service the other properties in my portfolio?
Absolutely. TCI has installed and serviced properties across the entire continental United States. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a competitive quote to include all of your properties. With all of your hotels under one maintenance plan you would have one number, one company for all of your service.

I’m happy with my local vendor — why should I switch?
We can offer you the latest in telecommunications technology. By partnering with TCI, a dealer exclusively in the lodging industry, you benefit from our understanding of the details, and issues particular to a hotel installation. We perform them consistently, on a daily basis, nationwide.

What size of properties have you installed?
We have installation experience on a wide variety of properties from economy limited lodging to full service resorts. Our sales, installation and service teams work as a cohesive unit with one goal in mind — your complete satisfaction with your new telecommunications system, regardless of the size of your property.

Do you provide cabling?
Not directly, but we can work hand-in-hand with your selected cabling vendor to ensure the proper installation occurs. We can also help assist you in procuring a cabling bid if desired.
