Blueprint Design Take-Off
TCIs account managers are experts in reviewing blueprints and determining
the propertys equipment needs. In our review, well see what
others not specializing in hospitality might miss, like elevator landing
phone locations, outdoor weatherproof enclosures, and cabling for pool
chemical monitoring systems. Its also an opportunity for us to assist
you with local code issues and what impact franchise standards will have
on the system design, based on your blueprints. We will assist you in
reviewing the blueprints for missed locations, which can be a serious
time and monetary expense and, in some situations, against building code
violations.
Consult Franchise Standards
Because we are so well connected in the hospitality industry, our sales
staff receives frequent updates to franchise standards policies and will
ensure that your property is in compliance. We have even assisted some
companies in developing their telecommunications franchise requirements.
Just as important, we understand the importance and relevance of these
franchise standards.
Trunk Facility Analysis
We will determine the number of telephone lines your property should have
based on several industry-standard factors. We have a formula-based system
to accurately determine the number of lines needed. We also factor in
several issues like type of property, location (city, state), target occupancy
expectations and type of usage (business vs. leisure guest). Other vendors
not connected to the lodging industry do not have access to this information,
and as a result have to guess how many lines a customer would need, potentially
wasting money with excess lines or causing guest complaints with too few
lines.
Product Recommendation
Utilizing our product and industry knowledge, our sales and technical
staff will recommend the best products and services for your propertys
needs. And at TCI, you will always have options. Doing business with us
doesnt lock you into only one product offering. We install and service
two of the top four lodging PBX systems. We offer options in voice guest
messaging, guest room phones and call accounting. TCI will create a detailed
hardware configuration recommendation including: telephone system, voice
messaging, room telephones, call accounting and other peripheral equipment,
specifically outlining all of the requirements of your property and the
options available.
