At TCI, we stand behind our installations. Many of our competitors install
their products, and then refer you to the manufacturer for any issues
that arise. Not TCI! We will support any equipment installed according
to the manufacturers warranty with the same level of professionalism
and technical knowledge displayed in our installation process.
Installation Turn-Over/Introductions
Upon the successful installation and sign-off acceptance of your system,
TCIs installation coordinator will turn your account over to our
technical service staff. They will be thoroughly briefed on the installation
and the specifics of your system so they are ready to assist should service
issues arise.
Thorough Database Records
TCIs account management system includes a database record of the
entire transaction, including detailed system specifications, installation
notes and complete company contacts. Your system database will be stored
off-site at TCI for rapid security and disaster recovery purposes. A duplicate
copy of this database is left on-site with your general manager for on-site
technicians responding to service-related issues.
Preventive Maintenance
As a part of TCIs system, regular preventive maintenance is performed
on your system via remote diagnostic technology. Issues can be discovered
and resolved in these check-ups before any system errors occur.
Certified Technicians
TCI employs manufacturer-certified service technicians. Our technical
specialists receive their training directly from the manufacturer. In
addition, a majority of our support staff (sales team, project coordinators,
etc.) are technically certified on the products we sell and support.
In-House Test Lab
In order to address service issues that may arise, our technical support
staff has a fully-equipped test lab within our call center. We can duplicate
any system errors in our lab and work through the solutions with our clients.
All systems we sell are set up and operational in our test lab.
Vital Spare Parts Stocked
We stock what we sell. All of the critical components that may be needed
for installations and repairs are stocked in our home office. Our suppliers
commit to overnight delivery for most emergency orders.
